Sachin Kaistha joins DCM Shriram as CHRO – Sugar Business – ETHRWorld.com

DCM Shriram, an organization working in sugar manufacturing, chemical compounds and agri-business, has appointed Sachin Kaistha as Vice President and Chief Human Sources Officer for its Sugar Enterprise.

Kaistha will likely be primarily based out of Gurugram, in line with an announcement.

Previous to becoming a member of DCM Shriram, Kaistha was related to Cipla as Head – COE Operations & Strategic tasks. Beforehand, he labored at Eicher Polaris, Tata motors, Future Retail and SC Johnson.

Kaistha comes with 22 years of expertise in Pharma, Automotive, Retail and FMCG sectors in manufacturing, industrial operation and company capabilities.

He holds an MBA in Human Sources from Symbiosis Institute of Administration Research, Pune and an LLB from MD College, Rohtak.
